The Wayne Hoey Big Band is an ensemble of twenty musicians, all from the Central Savannah River Area, enjoy performing hits from the Big Band Era. We mix it up with arrangements of popular tunes. The band will be performing again at the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Opening Ceremonies in September.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating. Picnic dinners are welcome, but alcohol is strictly prohibited. The concert series is family friendly and there is no cost to attend.
