Very easy to get lost in. And easy to see a fox running around.

I love these woods. They have looked better over the years but they are still recovering from a bad storm in 2014. It is currently being restored to a prehistoric state of long leaf pines and is a great place to walk your dog.

Amazing and extensive trails. Can be easy or strenuous depending on what you want. Everybody is always really friendly.

This is a large patch of woods right in the middle of Aiken. Several sand bottom streams run through the property. A good place to hike, bring kids and just wander around. Parking is a little difficult to find and Google had the location wrong when we were there. It was further down the road than where they said.
