About Us:
Indian River Golf Club is an l8-hole facility featuring a full-service clubhouse, snack bar, practice tee, and putting green. Set in the Carolina Sandhills, Indian River borders twenty-acre Hunt Lake and is surrounded by a collection of abundant natural vegetation and wildlife.
The course plays 6507 challenging yards from the championship tees with several sets of tees to accommodate the skill level of any golfer. lndian River features a well-designed layout developed by Mr Lewis Young in 1992. Challenging, yet fair and playable,the lay out features rolling, tree-lined fairways, dramatic elevation changes, and large, well-undulated Tift Eagle grass greens. lndian River also boasts some of the best year round playing conditions found anywhere in the Midlands.
The clubhouse is fully staffed and committed to the needs of our members and customers! We offer a variety of services and are happy to fulfill the request of our patrons. We have a fully stocked pro shop with well-qualified personnel to assist with any apparel or equipment need. We have a golf professional on-site and a variety of instruction is available upon request. As a member of lndian River Golf Club you will be given privileges available exclusively to our members. As a member, green fees are waived, but if you choose, carts are available for a nominal cart fee. We offer a membership newsletter, monthly member outings, discounted instruction and clinics, member exclusive sales on merchandise, as well as several member tournaments and events throughout the year.
